Its location is stunning and super, just off authentic restaurants, local area. Also, it's 2 miles away from Museum of Prehistoric Thira.

We truly enjoyed being there. Our room was well-appointed with exceptional bathroom facilities, just what was needed. The location was incredible, close to Santorini Events & Travel. There was a good restaurant, the main shopping center and a supermarket next door.

We had an incredible experience at this luxurious hotel. From the moment we checked in, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They were always eager to help with anything we needed, and their attention to detail was impeccable. The location of this hotel is simply stunning, with breathtaking views of the caldera. Our suite had its own private balcony, where we could relax and take in the beauty of the surroundings. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with a wonderful bathroom. The hotel also had a terrace with a pool, which provided a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the view.

Simply stunning hotel in an amazing and particularly good location in the hills overlooking most of the beautiful caldera. Hospitality from the whole staff. The great-sized and well-appointed room & newly renovated bathroom.

Bad staff!

Loved the room which was very clean, quiet and stylish. The staff were very helpful and friendly but were still finding their feet as the hotel was three months old. It was quite close to the road to Fira but they played chill out music so you didn't notice and generally we didn'T. My only cons were that in our room, honeymoon suite, there was no outdoor shower for the pool and some exposed pipework instead. The whirlpool in our room also seemed to turn on for no reason while we were asleep and there was some more visible pipes under the sink which was a bit unsightly. Other than that the views were outstanding and we had an excellent stay.

Honestly, there wasn't a single thing for me to dislike.

Petite Palace is a beautiful Hotel. All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel has a beautiful sunset view and amazing breakfast in bed (or on terrace). This is a perfect place for honeymooners. The place is pretty close to Fira (walkable distance) but it seemed like a long walk so we rented atv (you can also rent cars or motocycles) and drove around the island which is very convenient. Love the hotel, highly recommended!

Great hotel in a local area short walk to a wonderful island, and restaurant and leisure. Stunning and super location, walking distance to everywhere. Lovely food in the traditional restaurant in the vicinity. Exceptionally comfortable beds, absolutely gorgeous room.

The hotel offered stunning views of the sunset and the surrounding area. The staff was extremely accommodating and did everything in their power to please us. One highlight was when the chef prepared a delicious, custom soup for my sick wife.

The hotel's location required navigating steep stairs and was not ideal for those with mobility issues. It was also quite pricey, so it might not be the best option for budget-conscious travelers.
